CrossFit Level I
Jon spent his childhood playing lacrosse year-round and took for granted his fitness. Once he hit college, he had become inactive and complacent, gaining 60 pounds over those four years. He found his passion for fitness, wellness, and the mental health benefits that come along with it, on his own for a decade after graduation. Fast forward to February 2018. A personal trainer and good friend recommended that he try CrossFit. Jon walked into Hierarchy Performance and was immediately hooked. He was a gym member for 3 years before earning his level 1 certificate, beginning his coaching journey in May of 2021. He loves that CrossFit is truly for anyone, at any age and skill level.
