Joel grew up struggling with his weight and health. After initially losing some weight playing on an ultimate frisbee team, he made a life-changing decision to pursue a healthy lifestyle both in the gym and in the kitchen. Many at-home P90X and Insanity workouts later, he found CrossFit in 2017 and immediately fell in love with it and has been coaching ever since. Joel’s passion and goal are to help others in their own personal fitness journey, whether it’s to lose weight or to get strong. He loves Marvel and hates olives.
